Having trouble chewing? Do you hide your smile? At Ocala Smiles in Ocala, Florida, Drs. Robert Evelyn, Wayne Harper, and their team help clients restore their missing teeth using effective options like dental bridges. A bridge can make life feel normal again and look completely natural. Below, we’ll show you how a dental bridge can help restore your smile.
Missing teeth can turn simple things like chewing a juicy steak or saying “sandwich” into awkward challenges. A dental bridge fills that gap. So you can now bite into food and speak clearly again.
Imagine enjoying a bowl of popcorn without thinking twice. Laughing without the urge to cover your mouth. A small fix can make daily life feel free and easy again.
Dental bridges are custom-made to match the shape, size, and color of your real teeth. They will blend right in—no one will be the wiser. Our clients often say, “I forgot which tooth was fake!” This is the kind of peace of mind and confidence that shows up in photos, conversations, and everything in between.
Gaps can cause surrounding teeth to drift or lean inward. This can mess up your bite and make cleaning much harder. A bridge fills the space to keep everything in place.
Compared to implants, bridges are usually more affordable and less invasive. And with the right care, they can hold up for over a decade. To help them last longer, you should:
Getting a dental bridge typically takes about two visits. First, our dentists prepare the two teeth on either side of the gap. He then takes an impression. On the second visit, you’re fitted with your custom-made bridge. Most clients are back to normal on the same day.
Our team has a great reputation for treating clients like family. They take the time to fully understand your needs and guide you through all your options. Whether you have one missing tooth or a few, you’ll get a solution that’s perfect for your budget, schedule, and smile.
Dental bridges do more than fill a gap—they balance your entire mouth. They help maintain a proper bite while easing pressure on surrounding teeth. A well-placed bridge will keep everything working the way it should.
